Founder – Fierle Strategic Communications LLC
Pete Fierle (pronounced "Fear-lee") created Fierle Strategic Communications in Chicago, Illinois as part of a journey to explore new career and life opportunities which enable him to use his experience and wisdom in the field of strategic communications and leadership to help and inspire others.
He is an experienced senior level executive who has consistently demonstrated exemplary leadership and communications skills. As a servant leader, Pete possesses a collaborative and inclusive management style. He leads by example and has been described as the ultimate team player.
Today, Pete helps clients, across industries, by providing an array of services that greatly enhances an organization’s communications processes as a key to growth. His philosophy focuses on the essential priority to aligning all aspects of a company’s communications.
His consultancy fills a gap for many organizations that do not dedicate significant full-time resources to its communications processes. Fierle Strategic Communications provides access to a C-Level executive and decades of experience without the steep investment of adding that role as a permanent part of a leadership team.
Prior to founding Fierle Strategic Communications, he rose to the position of Chief of Staff & Senior Vice President of Communications during a distinguished career at the world-renowned Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio.
A native of Buffalo, New York, Pete earned a B.A. degree in Speech Communication from Ithaca College.
He was a member of the Board of Directors for Leadership Stark County, Stark Civic Group, and the International Sports Heritage Association. He also served as a guest lecturer at the University of Mount Union, and as a mentor for the Coleman Entrepreneurship Center at DePaul University.
He and his wife Debbie, along with their dog Renny, reside in Chicago’s “South Loop,” a location that puts them closer to their adult children, Hannah and Jake, who also live and work in the city.
